Hi guys it is me again.....I have come back with a new stuffed belly vid, hope you guys like it. I ate 3 bags of crips, 2 chocolate bars, 5 chicken in breadcrumb strips with french fries, 2 litres of coke, 5 bacon and egg mayo sandwiches, and I was so stuffed I could only lean back in the chair, and rub my overstuffed belly. London Broil (Broiled)

Ingredients

<>1 beef flank steak (1 to 2 pounds)

<>1/3 cup Italian salad dressing

<>2 tablespoons red wine or red wine vinegar

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tablespoons cooking oil

Directions

1. Join salad dressing, wine or wine vinegar, garlic and cooking oil in a bowl to make a marinade.

2. Make some shallow cuts on both sides of the steak. Place the meat in a baking dish.

3. Brush the steak with the marinade; be sure to coat both sides. Cover pan with plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator and let marinate for 1 hour.

4. Take off from refrigerator. Pour off excess marinade.

5. Preheat oven broiler. Place pan with steak approximately 3 inches from top heat. Cook 5 to 8 minutes per side (to medium doneness).

6. Cut steak into slices and serve.

London Broil (Grilled)

Ingredients

3/4 cup cooking oil

3 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tablespoons red wine or red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons soy or Worcestershire sauce

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper

1 tablespoon parsley flakes

1 flank steak (1 to 2 pounds)

Directions

1. Join all ingredients except the meat in a bowl to make your marinade.

2. Make some shallow cuts on both sides of the steak and place in a baking dish. Try for a cross-hatching consequent with some overlapping, diagonal cuts.

3. Brush steak with marinade, manufacture sure to coat both sides. Cover pan with plastic wrap, place in refrigerator and let marinate for at least 1 hour.

4. Grill steak over hot charcoal or other high heat for 5 to 8 minutes per side, depending on the degree of doneness desired. Baste with leftover marinade if you wish.

5. Take off steak from grill, slice into thin strips, and serve.

4 eggs

1/3 cup oil

1 cup water (for the cake mix)

1 (12 oz.) holder Cool Whip

1 cup water (for gelatin)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Prepare cake, according to holder directions, using eggs, oil and water. Bake cake in a 13x9-inch pan for 40 to 45 minutes. Let cake cool in pan for at least 15 minutes.

Poke holes over the whole outside of cake with a fork.

Dissolve the gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Pour the warm gelatin moderately over the outside of the cake (gelatin will soak into the cake). Place cake in the refrigerator and chill for about 4 hours.

Spread whipped topping on top of cake before serving. Refrigerate leftover cake.

Strawberry Icing

1 stick butter

1 box confectioners' sugar, sifted

Directions

Cream the butter. moderately add in the sugar and the remaining mashed strawberries. Mix until icing is a smooth, creamy texture.

Without getting too technical, the oxidation process in our bodies is crucial for health, without it, for instance, we would not be able to excerpt power from our food. But if there are too many free radicals in our bodies this can be harmful.

Our body has its own defenses against free radicals, in the form of enzymes that are able to turn the hungry slight sharks into unobjectionable water. However, sometimes our body's natural defense mechanisms can't cope. Other times, external events can cause huge increases of free radicals within our bodies, such as x-rays, cigarette smoke and exposure to toxic substances. At times, this surge of free radicals can swamp our defenses and illnesses such as radiation sickness may take place.

So what does oxidation and free radicals have to do with heart disease?

Low density lipoproteins, ordinarily know as "bad" Ldl, can jab and gain against the inner walls of our arteries, under determined conditions, forming fatty streaks and plaque. Taken alone, Ldl particles aren't so dangerous it seems, however, when attacked by free radicals they turn into dangerous and somewhat aggressive cells, capable of as a matter of fact penetrating and harming the level inner walls of our arteries. This process is called oxidation. Oxidized Ldl is known to be the culprit in stimulating atherosclerosis, heart disease and stroke.

Antioxidants, as the name suggests (anti-oxidants) can help stop the oxidation process, which are the results of free radicals doing their stuff. Most antioxidant research has been carried out on vitamins (A, E, beta carotene) but quite a lot of work has also been done on the wholesome benefits of red wine. While most research on red wine has been done in relation to coronary heart disease, it seems that the benefits of wine don't stop there.

Red wine and Coronary Heart Disease

Red wine contains a wide range of flavanoids; these are the chemicals that give the wine its particular taste and character, development one different from another. Many of these flavanoids act like antioxidants. possibly the forerunner of wine research was carried out by a determined Serge Renaud, who discovered the French Paradox, which recommend that wine was the decisive factor in protecting the population in southern France from their very high fat diets and finally coronary heart disease. Even if these population do eat large quantities of high fat cheese, pâté, and salami they have some of the lowest rates of heart disease in the world.

Another study, statistical rather than practical, by a Professor Grey of the University of Bern in Switzerland focused on the low, medium and high coronary heart disease (Chd) mortality figures of the World health Organization.

What did he find? Well from among the high mortality areas were Finland and Scotland, the middle areas included Ireland, and the low Chd areas included Spain, Italy and France. He then compared heart strike rates with antioxidant levels in blood samples taken from men living in those areas.

Vitamin E and Heart Disease

What he found was very interesting, the results showed that high antioxidant levels, in particular vitamin E, coincided with low death rates of heart disease. Moreover, his results showed that vitamin E levels were 94% more precise in predicting Chd rates than were cholesterol levels or blood pressure figures! Apart from diet, the high Chd regions drink very little, if any wine, whereas the low regions traditionally accompany their meals most days with wine.

It as a matter of fact seems strange that two much studied cities; Glasgow in Scotland and Toulouse in France show many similarities and yet many differences. The inhabitants of both cities eat astronomical amounts of high fat foods, traditionally take slight exercise and drink alcohol. The surprising disagreement is that while the population of Glasgow have one of the top rates of Chd in the world, the fortunate population of Toulouse have one of the lowest. Traditionally beer and spirits are the adored drinks in Glasgow, while the folks in Toulouse drink red wine.

It has also been recommend that drinking in moderation together with meals is beneficial, while binge drinking at bars in the evening is harmful. It seems the southern Europeans don't drink for the alcohol buzz, but just as a pleasant accompaniment to their meals.

At first the large heart institutions such as the American College of Cardiology and the American Heart association ignored both antioxidants and frowned upon wine. While it is clear that it could be potentially dangerous for a doctor to advise his patients start drinking alcohol, it is also strange that they pretended for so many years to ignore the evidence. Well, now even if they don't promote the taking of vitamin pills; antioxidants and free radicals are now recognized. However, agreeing to the Aha "There is no scientific proof that drinking wine or any other alcoholic beverage can replace conventional measures. No direct comparison trials have been done to resolve the specific corollary of wine or other alcohol on the risk of developing heart disease or stroke. Just ask yourself who would pay for such studies. Clinical Trials have the purpose of showing one thing to be better than another, or whether a determined substance is useful to health. The costs of clinical trials is so high that only the pharmaceutical commerce have the financial clout to invest in them - invest is the precise word. What a surprise.

Mixed reviews and creepy comparisons to Michael Jackson notwithstanding, Tim Burton's splendidly imaginative adaptation of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory would almost surely meet with Roald Dahl's approval. The celebrated author of darkly offbeat children's books vehemently disapproved of 1971's Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (hence the change in title), so it's only fitting that Burton and his frequent star/collaborator, Johnny Depp, should have another go, infusing the enigmatic candyman's tale with their own unique brand of imaginative oddity. Depp's pale, androgynous Wonka led some to suspect a partial riff on that most controversial of eternal children, Michael Jackson, but Burton's film is too expansively magnificent to be so narrowly defined. While preserving Dahl's morality tale on the hazards of indulgent excess, Burton's riotous explosion of color provides a wondrous setting for the lessons learned by Charlie Bucket (played by Freddie Highmore, Depp's delightful costar in Finding Neverland), as he and other, less admirable children enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime tour of Wonka's confectionary wonderland. Elaborate visual effects make this an eye-candy overdose (including digitally multiplied Oompa-Loompas, all played by diminutive actor Deep Roy), and the film's underlying weirdness is exaggerated by Depp's admirably risky but ultimately off-putting performance.
